Tylyr and Josh ~ Engaged!! // Northern Utah Wedding Photographer // Northern Utah Engagement Photographer

In a last-ditch effort to catch up....I'm now furiously working through some of my recent work from the past 3 months.  It has been crazy, but oh, so much fun.

First up are Tylyr and Josh.  I was so honored (seriously, HONORED) to be asked to be their photographer for their wedding.  I love this family so much, and don't think I could have been more excited.

Both Tylyr and Josh wanted autumn colors in their photo's.  At the time of photographing, the colors really hadn't reached close to our home, so we all took a drive up to Monte Cristo.  I love that place, and it was well worth the drive.  The colors were amazing, and we all had so much fun.  My husband wouldn't let us start a camp fire (because of the high breeze) ~ darn it ~ but we improvised, and I loved the end result.

Enjoy, and stay tuned for more from this cute couple.

{Crew & Jessica} engagements ~ part 2

This wraps up our engagement sessions for these two. I really had a lot of fun with them ~ and Jessica picked a pretty rockin' location. She grew up here, and it was fun getting to know her and her family roots. I loved all those horses! Thank you for such a fun evening, and it was my pleasure taking your photo's. Love you guys.

I couldn't choose between THIS thank you photo ~ and the one later on in this post. What do YOU think?

Yes, that's a heart in the cracked, dry, earth. Can you say, "aaaaww!"

{Crew & Jessica} engagements ~ part ONE

My cute brother in law is getting married! We had a different engagement session planned, but then our local carnival came to town....so OBVIOUSLY I had to talk them into doing TWO sessions instead of just one. Who can pass up cotton candy and Carnies? Here are my favorites from our first session together.

I think Crew spent about 30.00 for that turtle. The guy in charge finally took pity on poor Crew and gave it to him. **shhhhh!*

And who can resist this lighting. Roooommanticccc!

Some "photo-booth" photo's ~ we got quite the looks as we were posing for these. Thanks for being such good sports you guys.

My only regret was that I only got out my flash equipment for this last shot. By the time we took this my husband and 4 kids were super DONE for the night. You should have SEEN the looks I was given. Sorry guys.

And I'm not sure about you, but I was a little concerned about that "Polish Sausage"......... Is it just me?!
